A Life Album is made for you from your photos and stories, so it is a personalised digital item. The usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once we have started. If you email us before we have started, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. Once we have started, we cannot refund a change of mind. If the album is not made with reasonable care, or a file does not play, we will put it right or refund you. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

I’ve read the refund wording for a personalised Life Album.
