Personalised orders

Tune From You songs, lyric sheets and plaques are made for you from the details you give us. They are personalised goods and a personalised digital service. The plaque includes a Spotify code you can scan to play the song, so it is made once the song is live on Spotify, and it then usually arrives within 7–10 days. Postage is included in the price.

Change of mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to your specification, or to a digital service once we have started making it. We tell you this before you pay. If you email us before we have started your song, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. Once we have started, we cannot refund a change of mind, a change of taste, or a request to rewrite the brief.

If something is wrong

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If the song or item is not what you ordered, not made with reasonable care, or the file does not play, email us and we will put it right with a revised version or a working file. If we cannot put it right, we will refund you. If a plaque or printed item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Email customerservice@tunefromyou.co.uk, or complaints@tunefromyou.co.uk if you are unhappy with the outcome. Include your order reference. Where a refund is due, we send it to the original payment method within 14 days of agreeing it.
