Delete your account

How to delete it

• Sign in and delete it yourself. We email you a sign-in code. Then choose “Delete my account” and confirm. Sign in to delete your account
• Email us instead. Write to customerservice@tunefromyou.co.uk from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. Use this if you cannot sign in.

What is deleted

We delete or anonymise your account and personal details: your name, email, phone, address, the story you wrote for a song, and photos you uploaded (including copies held for cover artwork and gifts). You are signed out. Newsletter and contact-form details for that email are removed as well.

What we keep

UK tax and accounting law requires us to keep paid order and invoice records. We keep the order reference, invoice number, amount, package, payment status and date. Personal details on those records — name, email, phone, address and story — are removed. Unpaid orders are deleted. Song files we have already made follow the usual download period, except uploaded photos, which are deleted straight away.
