Tune From You free song prize draw, November 2026: terms

Tune From You is a trading name of Jamie Stanforth, sole trader. 37 Longstone Way, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 6PE, United Kingdom.

1. Promoter: Tune From You is a trading name of Jamie Stanforth, sole trader. 37 Longstone Way, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 6PE, United Kingdom. Email: hello@tunefromyou.co.uk.

2. What it is: four separate weekly free prize draws ("rounds"), one prize per round. Round 1: opens Sun 1 Nov 2026 10:00, closes Fri 6 Nov 22:00. Round 2: opens Sun 8 Nov 18:00, closes Fri 13 Nov 22:00. Round 3: opens Sun 15 Nov 10:00, closes Fri 20 Nov 22:00. Round 4: opens Sun 22 Nov 10:00, closes Fri 27 Nov 22:00. All times UK. Likes and comments outside these times don't count.

3. Who can enter: UK residents aged 18 or over. Friends and family of the promoter can enter; the promoter, Jamie Stanforth, can't. We may ask the winner for proof of age and UK residence.

4. How to enter (free, no purchase necessary): during the round, do both of these on that round's official entry post (marked "Round 1", "Round 2" and so on) on the Tune From You Instagram account (@tunefromyou) or the Tune From You Facebook Page: (a) like the post, and (b) leave a comment on it. You do not need to like or follow our Page or account, tag anyone or share anything, and doing so won't give you extra entries. Only likes and comments on that round's official entry post count. Comments on anyone else's post, including reposts or copies of ours, don't count. Comments on TikTok, Stories, other posts, and messages don't count. Please keep comments short (a first name or an emoji is fine) and don't post personal details.

5. Entry limits: one entry per person per round. Several comments from the same person count once. If the same person comments on both Instagram and Facebook, it counts as one entry where we can reasonably tell it's the same person. You can enter every round, but entries don't carry over: like and comment on each round's post. Entries made with automated tools, fake or multiple accounts are void. Offensive or unlawful comments are removed and don't count.

6. The prize (one per round): one Standard personalised song from Tune From You, plus a lyric video and release of the song on Spotify and other music apps (worth £27.97 at tunefromyou.co.uk/pricing on 29 Oct 2026: song £19.99, lyric video £4.99, Spotify release £2.99). The song is an original written by our songwriting team about a person the winner chooses, with MP3, lyric sheet and cover artwork, and up to 3 revisions. The lyric video comes in phone (9:16) or widescreen (16:9) format. Not included: Express delivery, physical items, album packages or any other offer. There is no cash alternative. The prize can't be transferred to anyone else, sold, or exchanged for money or anything else (the winner chooses who the song is about and can give the finished song and video to them). If the winner would rather the song isn't released publicly, they can skip the Spotify release; nothing is given in its place. If circumstances beyond our control stop us providing any part of the prize, we'll replace it with something of equal or greater value.

7. The draw: after each round closes and by 12:00 UK on the following Sunday (8, 15, 22 and 29 Nov), Jamie Stanforth for Tune From You combines the entries on that round's Instagram and Facebook entry posts into one list, removing ineligible entries and counting each person once. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries using a computer-based random selection tool (TFY Prize Draw, Tune From You's own browser-based draw tool). Each draw is screen-recorded, and a record is kept (a fingerprint of the entry list, the random values, the time, the winner and backup winners). If a redraw is needed, the backup winners are used in the order drawn. We check that the drawn entrant liked and commented on the entry post and is eligible; if not, the next backup winner is used.

8. How the winner is told: within 24 hours of the draw, by a reply to their winning comment and a direct message from our official account (@tunefromyou on Instagram or the Tune From You Facebook Page). We will never ask for payment, bank details or passwords, or ask you to click a link that isn't tunefromyou.co.uk. Any other account messaging you about this draw isn't us; please report it.

9. Claiming: the winner must reply to our message within 7 days, confirming they're 18+ and live in the UK and giving their full name and county. If they don't, or aren't eligible, the prize is forfeited and we redraw by using the next backup winner from the same recorded draw; a redrawn winner has 3 days to reply. We redraw up to two times. If a round has no eligible entries, or nobody claims after two redraws, that round's prize isn't awarded and we'll say so on tunefromyou.co.uk/giveaway.

10. Making the song: after claiming, the winner tells us privately (by direct message or through the order details we send) who the song is for and about them. Please don't post this publicly. The winner must have the recipient's permission to share their details with us, or share only what they're comfortable sharing. The recipient can be any age. Please send the details within 7 days of claiming. We'll deliver the song and lyric video within 30 days of the round closing (Round 1 by Sun 6 Dec, Round 2 by Sun 13 Dec, Round 3 by Sun 20 Dec, Round 4 by Sun 27 Dec 2026), usually within 3 days of receiving the details. We'll submit the song for release on Spotify and other music apps within the same 30 days; the date it goes live is set by the streaming services, so we can't promise an exact date. If the details reach us late, we'll deliver within 3 days of receiving them. Our usual song content rules apply (tunefromyou.co.uk/terms): we may decline a request that breaks them and ask for another subject.

11. Naming winners: we announce each round's result on tunefromyou.co.uk/giveaway and our social accounts (Round 1 on Sun 8 Nov at 18:00). We show each winner's first name (or social handle) only, and only if the winner agrees; otherwise we show "Winner drawn and contacted". In line with the CAP Code (rule 8.28.5), each winner's surname and county are available on request from hello@tunefromyou.co.uk. A winner who objects to this can tell us when they claim and we'll limit what we share, but we must still give the winner's details to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks. The recipient and their story are never published unless both agree. We won't use winners in other publicity without their OK.

12. Your information: we read likes and comments only to run the draw. Entrants aren't added to any mailing list. The draw records (the screen recording and the draw record) are kept for 6 months in case of questions, then deleted. The winner's contact details and the recipient's story are used only to check eligibility and to make and deliver the prize. See tunefromyou.co.uk/privacy.

13. The platforms: this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta and TikTok from any liability connected with it. Please send questions to us, not to them.

14. Changes: we'll only change, suspend or cancel the draw, or change a closing date, if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary, and in a way that's fair to people who have entered.

15. Law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. They don't affect your statutory rights.
